A unique place in the heart of nature, just 1 hour from Paris, the Domaine de Montaubois extends over nearly 2 hectares of preserved nature and forest.
The estate can be entirely privatized and includes several spaces and accommodation options:
La Villa Blanche : large guesthouse with 15 beds and 5 premium bedrooms. Located in Paris, Fontainebleau, Kyoto, Tulum and Boston.
The Eden : Bali Suite with pool view, wellness area with jacuzzi, heated pool, volleyball and pétanque court, and fire pit for a campfire under the stars
The Jazz Pavilion: a 60m² reception room for your private and professional events, with a large outdoor terrace
The terraces: the panoramic terrace overlooking the garden, the illuminated Guinguette under the Domaine's large linden tree, the Zen garden, ...

The White Villa
Nestled in the heart of the estate, Villa Blanche is a characterful house that has been completely renovated, designed to combine comfort, aesthetics and conviviality.
It has:
5 tastefully decorated double rooms
A spacious and bright living room, ideal for gatherings with family or friends.
A fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room
A south-facing terrace and its large garden
Access to the wellness area (swimming pool, fire pit and jacuzzi, and volleyball and pétanque court)
Whether for a relaxing weekend, a private event or an extended stay, La Villa Blanche embodies the spirit of the estate: an art of living, between serenity, nature and elegance.
The Jazz Pavilion
A 60 m2 seminar, reception and party space furnished in a Jazz Club style surrounded by bay windows and opening onto a large "Guinguette" style terrace.
The room is fully equipped:
- Large screen and video projector
- Spotlights and disco balls for dance parties
- 8 modular tables and 40 chairs
- Bar area
- Lounge area with brown leather sofa and armchair
- Portable speaker

Ability :
Indoors: up to 40 people seated, 50 standing.

Welcome to L'Eden, our wellness oasis, designed as a tropical getaway just 1 hour from Paris.
Between lush nature and refined comfort, this space includes:
The Bali Suite, with pool view, yoga mat, meditation cushions and fitness accessories
A jacuzzi area even in winter
A heated swimming pool open all summer (April to the end of September)
A volleyball court and a pétanque court
A fire pit , to extend the evenings in a chic campfire atmosphere

A festive and relaxed atmosphere is guaranteed, perfect for an aperitif or a barbecue during a chic summer evening. Under the large, century-old linden tree, this terrace lights up at nightfall.

Overlooking the garden, this large natural wood terrace is ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees.
🌺 The Garden with Hammock
In the heart of the garden, a hammock strung between two trees invites you to slow down. Reading, napping, or simply contemplating: a simple and precious luxury within easy reach.
🍽️ The Central Terrace
The beating heart of the estate, it houses a large table for 15 guests with a view of the vast garden and the Lunain valley.
The apiary
At the far end of the estate, near the forest, lies the artisanal apiary managed by our master beekeeper.
With its 30 beehives, the Montaubois apiary produces organic and local honey that can be tasted on site and purchased as a souvenir.
For those who are curious, a guided and educational tour of the apiary is offered on request to discover the fascinating and essential role of bees in our ecosystem.
