1) "Collective intelligence: the beehive model"
The concept
This seminar offers an illuminating parallel between the functioning of bees and that of human organizations. It invites teams to rethink their cooperation, governance, and role within the collective, in light of the natural intelligence of beehives.

2) "Olympics": strengthening team cohesion
The concept
Similar to the Olympic Games, participants are divided into fictional “nations” and compete in a series of varied events: sporting, creative, playful or cooperative.

A former communications director at a large company, entrepreneur, and certified beekeeper, Antoine manages an apiary at the Domaine de Montaubois and sells organic, locally sourced honey. He co-leads the "Bee-Inspired Management" and "Olympics" seminar programs, contributing his expertise in team management and his passion for beekeeping.
Séverine
A business leader for 25 years, a PCC certified coach from the International Coaching Federation, author, and manager of Domaine de Montaubois. She co-facilitates the "Leadership and Public Speaking," "Bee-Inspired Management," and "Olympiads" programs, bringing her expertise in team coaching and her passion for supporting leaders and their teams.
Nathalie
With over 20 years of experience in management positions in Morocco, Nathalie now dedicates herself to developing human potential.
A specialist in Process Communication, she uses this model to understand personalities and improve communication. She is also an expert in team and intercultural coaching to enhance collective performance.
